Kylie Padilla, a Kapuso actress, expressed her endorsement for Mars Ravelo’s Darna: The Series, a Kapamilya primetime teleserye that stars Jane de Leon as the legendary Darna.

From the individuals in charge of the production to the woman who would play the legendary Pinay superhero role, supporters have been eagerly awaiting this project for many years. Last but not least, Darna had a huge Monday, and this series is now trending on social media.

The same internet user expressed this opinion in response to the belief held by others that Jane is unqualified for the role. On Twitter, @vinzesmonologue expressed his thoughts on Jane de Leon’s performance as a leading lady.

He compared it to what occurred to Kylie Padilla, who faced opposition after accepting the chance to replace Iza Calzado as the Amihan character in Encantadia.

Kylie ultimately managed to exceed many people’s expectations for this part.

“Probably that’s how Jane will be in the run of series. Bigyan lang natin ng chance,” the netizen stated.

The Kapuso actress was prompted by this tweet to respond to the Darna television series. 

“I’m excited for her and the whole team. The orig Amihan, Ms. Iza is also cast playing the original Darna,” Kylie stated.
