Herlene Budol visited some senators at the Senate Plenary Hall as a courtesy call, including Christopher “Bong” Go, Robin Padilla, and Raffy Tulfo.
On her Instagram page yesterday, August 9, the first runner-up in the Binibining Pilipinas contest displayed herself wearing her crown and sash while she was there.
“Ako po ay natutuwang maimbitahan bilang panauhin sa Plenary Hall ng Senado, dahil din po kay Sen. [Raffy Tulfo]. Isang karangalan ang magkaroon ng courtesy call mula sa Senado,” Nichole said.
In addition to taking pictures with the aforementioned senators, the comedian-turned-beauty queen was also seen chatting with Tulfo, who congratulated Budol on her victory.
In addition to having the name Bb. Budol, the first runner-up for Pilipinas, also took home the most special awards during the coronation night celebration on July 31. Her pageant success, which she referred to as “unexpected,” is intended to motivate supporters.
