Due to the assault of Severe Tropical Storm Florita, classes have been suspended at all levels in public schools in Metro Manila, Laguna, Rizal, Bulacan, Zambales, and Bataan on Wednesday, August 24, 2022.

The following local government entities have also stated that private school courses would be canceled on Wednesday, August 24, 2022:

Malolos, Bulacan: all levels, private
Valenzuela City: all levels, private

Meanwhile, the following private schools have canceled classes for Wednesday, August 24:

Letran Bataan: all stages, both synchronous and asynchronous, as well as office operations
Letran Manila: all levels, including synchronous and asynchronous, and work processes are stopped.
