She described how she was bullied at school when she was younger, with her classmates tormenting and mocking her.

“I remember being bullied growing up. Some of my schoolmates would mock me by following me around campus while singing some of my Dad’s songs.”

She also remembered them making fun of her TV advertising, imitating her actions, and even laughing at her face.

“When one of my TV commercials came out, they would make fun of me by imitating my acting and laughing in my face.”

They did not stop there, though, and went so far as to target Max’s personal ties.

“When one of my relationships ended, my so-called friends took my ex-boyfriend’s side, stopped talking to me and started gossiping about me behind my back.”

She is now on the path of self-healing and spiritual enlightenment.

“I don’t want to be part of the crowd and follow what everyone else is doing just to gain approval anymore. My self-worth is no longer defined by other people’s idea and perception of me.”
