Alden portrays the character of Good Boy, or Kim Seon Ho in the original South Korean series, who finds love with the female lead, portrayed by Bea Alonzo, in the Pinoy adaptation of the show.

He added that the team had chosen to assign him the particular role. The Kapuso actor noted that while his role in The World Between Us was effective, he shares many traits with Jeric Gonzales’ upcoming role as the male lead in Start-Up PH.

“Pero yung journey niya kasi, kumbaga kung yung role ni Nam Do San yung kukunin ko, parang same lang. Similar. Very similar,” Alden stated.
