Following the popularity of his online documentary show ForwARD: Meet Richard Faulkerson, Jr. last January, Kapuso star Alden Richards is poised to bring his event to the United States.

Alden tweeted about “Moving Forward with Purpose” on July 1, 2022.

During his interview during the TM is the Key Reunion Concert on July 2, Alden disclosed the concert’s plan to visit four to five locations in the United States from August to September.

So right after matapos ko yung taping ko with Start-Up PH, lilipad kami sa U.S. on those months.”

Alden will play in San Mateo, California on September 3rd, followed by a gig in Valley Center, California on September 4th, and then on to Chicago, Illinois, and Jacksonville, Florida on September 10th and 11th.

Sue Ramirez, a Kapamilya star, will appear as a special guest in all of his presentations.

The concert’s proceeds will help the AR Foundation, Inc., which is devoted to providing funding for scholars who want to reach their full potential.

Alden has been in the entertainment industry for almost 10 years, but doing live events in front of an audience still makes him uncomfortable.

He stated, “So, nae-excite lang ako bumalik ulit yung kaba at excitement.”

“Kasi before the pandemic, mapunta talaga ako sa mga probinsiya to perform po, e.

“Parang nakaka-excite lang and nakakagigil lang ulit mag-perform on stage in front of a lot of people.”

The GMA-7 star has been conducting virtual shows for the last two years, but he misses the excitement of spreading joy to his fans in person.

“Since the epidemic, akong nagawang mga digital show at iba pa rin talaga, performing it live, in front of an audience, kesa yung puro camera lang yung kaharap mo,” Alden explained.

“Iba pa rin talaga with a live audience, e. The energy and the good vibes that you get from the people watching you live is different from, you know, pag wala.”
