Following her divorce from spouse Jason Hernandez, a previous interview with Kapamilya singer Moira Dela Torre appeared online.
Moira previously discussed breaking a romance with TV presenter Boy Abunda.
“Usually, pag nag-end ang relationship, mahal pa rin naman ang isa’t-isa, e. They both want to fight for each other but the other person’s way is to let go and grow at his own and grow with God and the other one wants to stay and fight for what they have.” Moira explianed.
She also stated that going is simpler than pointing things out to your lover.
“There are times I wake up, replaying everything I did wrong. It’s really my note to self that I really need to forgive myself for my past. A lot of people don’t give people second chances, but everyone changes,” she explained.
“Mas madaling umalis kaysa i-point ‘yung mga blind spots ng mga mahal natin sa buhay. Imbes na i-point natin ‘yon at make this person feel na ‘Hey I want to protect you, I want to love you.’ Pag nasaktan tayo, aalis na lang tayo. Oftentimes we don’t realize that hurting people hurt people,” Moira added.
After three years of marriage, Moira and Jason choose to separate. This is the “hardest thing” Jason has ever composed. And, given how loyal their fans have been since the beginning, they believe it is only fair to inform them of the current state of their marriage. Jason revealed that he had been unfaithful to Moira for several months. He informed her because he felt she needed to be informed.
