The Kapamilya star shared his thoughts on cheating and giving a cheating lover a second chance.

Gerald was questioned about cheating and providing a second chance to a cheating partner during the press conference for his current television series, “A Family Affair.”

According to him, the issue is problematic since you have damaged your partner’s trust.

“You just have to earn the trust again, start from zero, hindi lang zero, negative pa ’yan, di ba? Kailangan mong patunayan uli ’yung sarili mo ,” he stated.

Gerald is an actor who rose to prominence after appearing in the reality show Pinoy Big Brother. He eventually went into acting and appeared in dramas like Sana Maulit Muli, My Girl, Tayong Dalawa, Kung Tayo’y Magkakalayo, and Budoy, to mention a few.

He was named the “Prince of Philippine Movies and Television” twice, while he and his previous on-screen partner, Kim Chiu, were named the “Most Popular Loveteam” three times.

Jason revealed in an official statement that he had been unfaithful to Moira. He eventually apologized to everyone he had wounded, including his wife Moira.

Jason has received a lot of hate for cheating, and Gerald experienced the very same thing when he and Bea Alonzo split up in 2019.

Julia Barretto was supposed to be the third party in their separation at the time. Bea even blamed her ex-boyfriend of unfaithfulness.
