According to reports, ABS-CBN CEO Carlo Katigbak was observed inside President-elect Bongbong Marcos’s Mandaluyong City office.

In prior interviews, new President Bongbong Marcos claimed that he is not opposed to the Kapamilya network’s franchise renewal as far as everything is done legally. This appears to be good news for the entertainment company.

Two years ago, the Kapamilya network passed through a painful period. Its franchise renewal application was denied, which saddened the media company’s management, staff, and talents.

Despite the enormous issue that the Kapamilya network was suffering from and is still facing, it continues to produce programming and entertainment for its loyal fans. To offer the performances, the company has used a variety of internet channels.

Carlo Katigbak was reportedly said to have visited BBM Headquarters in Mandaluyong City. According to Abante Entertainment columnist Joe Barrameda’s post, the ABS-CBN president was observed in the next President’s camp.

“May nagkuwento sa akin na noong isang araw raw ay namataan si Mr. Carlo Katigbak, big boss ng ABS-CBN, sa BBM Headquarters sa Mandaluyong City,” the columnist remarked.

According to Barrameda, the guard was queried if he had entered at the headquarters. The guard was claimed to have replied, “Carlo Katigbak.”

Unfortunately, the writer stated that no additional information has been released. “Wala pang masyadong detalye at magtatanong-tanong pa lang ako sa kampo ni BBM. Abangan na lang natin yan, ha!” Barrameda remarked of said ABS-CBN president.

Furthermore, it was earlier rumored that the Kapamilya network is planning a 50-50 collaboration with Manny V. Pangilinan’s MediaQuest, the company behind TV5.
