Senator Manny Pacquiao has apparently conceded defeat in his bid to become the country’s next President. Senator Manny took to social media to express his thanks and condolences.

“Bilang boxer at atleta, marunong akong tumanggap ng pagkatalo. Sana lang, kahit talo ako sa laban na ito, oanalo pa rin ang kapwa ko Pilipino. Huwag po kayong mawalan ng pag-asa dahil hinding-hindi po tayo pababayaan ng ating Panginoon.”

He also praised his family, particularly his wife, Jinkee Pacquiao, for their support of his candidacy. Even his presidential opponent, Bongbong Marcos, received a message.

“Sa ating susunod na pangulo, Bongbong Marcos, ako ay nananalangin sa tagumpay ng iyong administrasyon.”

Also his presidential contender, Bongbong Marcos, received a message. Senator Manny initially appeared on Jessica Soho’s Presidential Interviews on January 22. In addition to Pacquiao, Senator Ping Lacson, Mayor Isko Moreno, and Vice President Leni Robredo hosted the event.
