On Friday, March 18, 2022, Niko Baua, a news reporter, tweeted on Instagram about Ana Jalandoni, who was allegedly beaten, arrested, and injured by her lover, actor Kit Thompson.

According to the captions,

“Breaking: Tagaytay PNP has confirmed that they have rescued actress Ana Jalandoni after receiving a call from a hotel in Tagaytay. Actor Kieth Thompson has been brought to the police station for questioning. Jalandoni is undergoing medical treatment for several injuries. Authorities were alerted after Jalandoni pleaded for help from her friends and sent a picture of herself. She was allegedly detained and injured by her boyfriend, actor Kit Thompson.” Baua captioned.

“While the friends of Jalandoni were asking for the assistance of authorities, hotel staff also alerted the Tagaytay Police after checking the commotion in the hotel room of the couple. Ana Jalandoni is currently in the ER of a hospital undergoing treatment. Thompson is being processed by the Tagaytay PNP.” he added.

Ana Jalandoni messaged her pal and offered a snapshot of her current circumstance. She was beaten, injured, and pleading for aid. She commented “KUTA PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE CALL POLICE!!!! KEITH IS KILLING ME!!! PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME KUYA”

Kieth Thompson, the actor, was taken to the police station for questioning about the event, and officials are investigating.
