Bilibid Escapee Killed in Muntinlupa

On January 17 at New Bilibid Prison (NBP) one of the three prisoners who escaped was killed during Manhunt Operations by authorities. Pacifico Adlawan, aged of 49, and a Native of Surigao was Identified by the Muntinlupa Police and the prisoner was in fatal, this prisoner was serving his sentence by drug use and frustrated homicide at the NBP.

At 1:00 am of January 17, 2022 three of them was escaped from the NBP maximum security camp, the two was identifies as Drakilou Falcon, 34 who is serving his sentence for robbery with homicide; and Arwin Bio, 35, who was convicted for attempted murder and murder.

In an initial police report, it was stated that the three prisoners had escaped at the NBP maximum security camp by removing the grills by sawing it off from their dormitory cell window. The suspects fired at corrections officers at Gates 4 and 3 of NBP, then fled into Sitio Magdaong inside the NBP Reservation.

In a warning to the public, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) said the escaped prisoners were armed and dangerous. Corrections officers from the National Bureau of Prisons and a prisoner were wounded. Three of them were identified as Angelito Marquez, 57, Mark Joseph Pesons, 29, and Jancy Dagonas, 26; as well as prisoner Michael Dullavin. They were rushed to Muntinlupa Hospital for recovery.
