Health Undersecretary Leopoldo Vega says the DOH has submitted its budget utilization report on the Bayanihan 1 and 2 to the office of Senator Manny Pacquiao. The lawmaker earlier urged the government to look into the DOH’s procurement of PPEs, face masks and test kits.
