Actress Alma Moreno ipinaTulfo is now viral on social networkin sites such as Twitter and Facebook. Complainant tells Raffy Tulfo that Alma Moreno allegedly failed to pay the rent for her condominium unit in Parañaque.

Condo unit owner Theresa Grenard has asked Tulfo for help even though the actress is no longer talking to her.

Theresa’s story, she doesn’t want her unit to be rented. But as his brother worked for Moreno, she gave in to it especially and they only talked for a month.

Moreno also allegedly gave an advance payment so there was no problem in the beginning. Until Theresa found out that Moreno had been in her unit for another five months.

Sadly, it also failed to pay the electricity bill that hit more than Php40,000. The water connection of the unit is now off.

Theresa also tried several times to talk and understand Moreno but she did not talk to her.
