‘NOT GUILTY’ is now viral on social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook. “Not Guilty”, this is what criminal and murderer policeman Jonel Nuezca filed, after not appearing at the hearing.
According to Gregorio’s family lawyer Atty. Freddie Villamor, they were in court for the hearing held at Branch 67 of Paniqui Tarlac, along with some family members of the deceased Frank and his mother Sonya Gregorio, Jonel Nuezca did not show up.
Jonel Nuezca did not show up because he was still under quarantine. The said hearing was conducted through a video call and read a lawsuit of 2 counts of murder.
Nuezca pleads “Not Guilty” in front of the Gregorio family, or in other words he says that he is not guilty of killing Gregorio’s mother & son. Nuezca says he has not violated any law in the case. He fired at the unopposed opponent mother Sonya and Frank Anthony Gregorio.
Due to this incident, there is no guarantee that the suspect Nuezca will remain in jail, especially the PNP chief Debold Sinas who said that the trending video of his shooting will not be strong evidence.
According to the relatives of the victims, many witnesses are willing to testify against the crime even the minors who took video of the crime.
The shooting that was caught in the video is now viral on social media. According to the report of the Paniqui Municipal Police Station, a crime took place in Purok 2, Brgy Cabayaoasan past 5:00 yesterday afternoon Sunday, December 20.
