The 23 year-old Philippine Airlines flight attendant was found dead in a bath tub after celebrating with her friends.

Dacera and her friends, Rommel Galida, Gregorio Angelo Rafael De Guzman and John Dela Serna checked in a hotel located in Makati City around 12:30 am, to welcome the new year together.

According to the report, she is from Brgy. San Isidro, General Santos City, South Cotabato. Makati City Police Station chief Colonel Harold Depositar said that her cause of death is still under investigation and they are yet to confirm whether the stewardess was raped.

The hospital informed the authorities of her death later around 5pm in the afternoon on January 1. It was also reported that she was accompanied by 10 people inside the hotel room.

According to the police, “Only three of them were Dacera’s friends. The others were practically strangers to her, as they were only known to her three friends.”

“The victim had lacerations and sperm in her genitalia.” Police Station chief Colonel Harold Depositar added.

Based on the cursory examination of her body, it appeared that the victim had abrasions and hematoma or bruises in thigh and her knees.

Her main cause of death is still under investigation. On the other hand, they stated that the second cause of Dacera’s death is aneurysm.
