Palace Spokesperson Harry Roque arrives in Tuguegarao Airport with Mocha Uson, who – Roque says – was invited by Sen. Bong Go. It is unclear how the Deputy Administrator of the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) is to contribute in this typhoon response.

According to Netizen Lolita, “It all started with the #NasaanAngPangulo and they keep on using the hashtag, like for how many days they have been using that, you guys still didn’t get the answer? Most of you were claiming already that PRRD is not doing anything and he’s just sleeping, right? Then so be it.”
