The report about the four (4) teenagers who crossed the river to deliver modules at the other side trend on social media after the Biñan City marshal confirmed they’re dead.

The incident took place in the river of Biñan City, Laguna where the 4 teenagers including 3 minors age ranging from 6, 13 and 15 year old were the victims of the said incident. Further investigation regarding the incident is still to be conducted by the police authorities.

Report said, the 4 teenagers crosses the river to deliver the module but it is believed that the strong current of the river carried them away resulting to their untimely death. Members of the family of the victims had to worry after the group of teenagers would not able to come back home.

The said incident condemned by the netizens in the online world pondering why the group of minors was involved in distributing the learning module. Police authorities have to focus on their investigation.

Department of Education started distributing modules since the start of classes during pandemic. This is the alternative learning scheme provided by the DepEd to continue the class amid the crisis.
