The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) recorded a 4.8 magnitude quake in Hernani (Eastern Samar) on Tuesday, October 13, 2020.

The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology also recorded the location of the quake,11.38°N, 125.84°E – 025 km N 81° E of Hernani (Eastern Samar), and the Depth of Focus (Km) is 056. There are no casualties that have been damage.
