The video appeared first on the Twitter account of the INQUIRER but the some of the online community express concern about the report of fire because it took place during the time of Typhoon Quinta (Molave) hit in the country.

The common understanding is that fire getting worse because of a strong wind during the typhoon, but it may also be easily extinguished because of the rain.
