Tropical Depression “Pepito” causes heavy rain resulting to the flood in the highway of Lopez, Quezon. Authorities advised to the commuters to return their way due to the flood high as human level that there’s no vehicle can pass by except the boat to fetch msome residents to pass to the other way.
According to report, most of the stranded commuters were bound to Calauag, Bicol Rigion and Eastern Visayas.
On the other hand, Pepito also brings tons of garbage to the dolomite beach in Manila Bay on Wednesday, October 21, 2020. Report on the DZMM TeleRadyo says, the white sand is gradually covered by the black sand due to the strong wind that disturbed the water causing huge waves to hit the shore.
