Viral now in social media is a certain actul cctv footage of a PWD beaten by a man named Jerry Leal.

A certain netizen and a relative of the PWD victim posted the video and seek help that this incident will go to the table of Idol Raffy Tulfo to be given justice and let this brutal man pay the price.

Eto po ung pinsan kong PWD. Kinompronta sya ni jerry leal dahil kulang daw ung binigay na sukli sa knya ng pinsan ko at walang ano ano ay bigla nlang nyang sinuntok at tinadyakan hanggang sa mawalan ng malay.. Nagharap sila sa brgy knina ngunit magbibigay nlng daw ng 7k ung suspect para pampagamot ng pinsan ko at para iurong na rin ung kaso.. kung di daw tatanggapin ang pera at itutuloy ang kaso mahihirapan silang magsampa dahil mahaba daw proseso at matinding abala at gastos dahil kailangan pa daw ng abogado …. Tulungan nyo po akong mabigyan ng sapat na kparusahan ang gumawa nyan sa aking pinsan.. Tulungan nyo po akong mkarating kay tulfo..

(This is my cousin a PWD and this being confronted by Jerry Leal because of money conflict and he brutally beaten my cousin and left him helpless and unconscious, the incident goes to the barangay but the suspect decided to give 7k php as a medical assistance to buy any drugs needed for the recovery of his cousin and to take back the case filed against him).

They also asked help from other concern netizens to share the post and tagged the public service program Wanted Sa Radyo to be given action right away and to serve justice to the victim.

In the video you can witness the PWD goes to the store and buy softdrink and seconds past the suspect Jerry goes to him and punched and kick him and leave the poor PWD helpless, bloody and unconscious in the corner, some good samaritan help the victim and seek medical help and apply first aid.

The case will be possibly tackled in the program on weekdays Monday to Friday.

According to the law the suspect will possibly face physical injury case and if no settlement arise he will be put to jail.

As a reminder do not ever put justice in your hand and a normal person can never win if your are against a PWD in trials on court.
