The heartbreaking photo of a poor street vendor who lost all his selling products due to a hit-and-run incident went viral online.

As we all know, accident is a very common incident not only in the Philippines but worldwide. Different kinds of accidents, and one of the most common incidents nowadays on the road, is ‘hit-and-run’. That’s why the government always reminding the drivers and motorists to be extra careful and to take precautionary measures.

On the Facebook page “The Story of Anthony” he has shared a heartbreaking photo of a poor old vendor lying in the middle of the road and lost all of his products after hit by a driver of the car in front of SM Marikina.

According to the post, the vehicle driver who hit the vendor did not even stop to check the vendor’s condition after the incident and did not pay for the damage.

“Guys! tulungan po natin itong si manong na naghahanapbuhay, kawawa naman.. binangga po sya at pinabayaan lang sa tapat ng SM Marikina, hindi man lang tinulungan at hindi binayaran ang kanyang paninda.. Paki share na lang po para mapanagot yung nag hit and run kay manong at para matulungan natin sya..Nakakalungkot lang isipin na merong ganito na mga motorista sa kalsada.”
