Multi-awarded broadcast journalist Ted Failon is confirmed to be transferring to TV5 after 30 years of service to Kapamilya network ABS-CBN.
The rumored first surfaced that Failon will be transferring to TV5’s radio station Radyo5 (Radyo Singko) and bring his radio show “Failon Ngayon” last week. Together with all of his staff to the other network.
And now, as a confirmation, an official from News5 has confirmed that Ted Failon will be transferring to TV5 Network. According to News5 chief Luchi Cruz-Valdez, Failon will be part of Radyo Singko. But, it is not yet to confirmed if Failon will be having a show under the entertainment division.
“Ang maco-confirm ko lang, si Ted Failon. Yes, he is moving to Radyo Singko,” Cruz-Valdes said.
However, Ted Failon had already bid farewell during the last episode of his radio talk show in DZMM.
As we all know, that just last month when his show “Failon Ngayon” was recognized in a virtual ceremony after winning three awards at the 14th Gandingan Awards for its efforts to explain relevant issues to the public.
