PAGASA released the latest updates of the weather in the Philippines as of August 13, 2020. PAGASA reported an Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Visayas and Mindanao.

Visayas, Palawan, and Occidental Mindoro will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ.

According to PAGASA Weather Forecast;

TROPICAL DEPRESSION
LOCATION: 1,260 KM EAST NORTHEAST OF EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON (25.2N, 133.1E)
MAXIMUM SUSTAINED WINDS: 45 KM/H NEAR THE CENTER
GUSTINESS: UP TO 55 KM/H
MOVEMENT: WEST SOUTHWEST AT 15 KM/H

Moderate winds from the East to Southeast will prevail over Palawan and Occidental Mindoro with moderate seas. Light to moderate winds from the Southeast will prevail over the Visayas with slight to moderate seas.
