Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson lauded by the netizens following after his expensive surprise gift to his mother Evangeline “Vangie” Opsima.

The surprise gift of the actor made his mother became emotional after learning where the gift coming from.

In this video you can see how his mother actually reacted upon the presentation of the bouquet. At first glance, mother Vangie hesitates to accept the present of a bunch of flowers. She did not even open the door to welcome the guest, instead she made a clarification where the gift was coming from because Gerald did not personally give the gift. He asks someone to send the gift to her mother in order to surprise.

The man told her, he was just running for errand but do not know where the gift was coming from.

According to the 31-year-old actor, his mother serves as his top motivation to do his job and the simple surprise will surely make her happy. Gerald also said that her mother actually asked him a multi cab but he gives her more than what she asked because she deserves the best, a pickup truck, Nissan Navara silver color.

“‘Yong nanay ko isa sa pinakamotivation ko sa buhay ko para pagbutihan ang trabaho. So ang konting request niya, binigay natin. Sana makapagbigay ng konting saya ‘to, konting surprise sa kanya,”

After hinting that her son Gerald is the one sending a surprise gift she then turned emotional but felt so happy that even if not her birthday or any especially occasion her son gives her memorable and expensive gift.

“It’s not my birthday. I’m very surprised RJ. I know you don’t have money. You do not make income yet… but I really appreciate it RJ thank you,” Gerald’s mother exclaimed.

Aside from a surprise gift of a car, Gerald Anderson also build a house for his mother in General Santos City, to the hometown of her mother where he was raised.
