DOH Reports 350 New Cases of COVID-19 as of June 6, 2020

The Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) presents the #LagingHandaPH Public Briefing, an inter-agency effort of the PCOO that brings up-to-date and detailed information about the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic in the country.

As of 4PM today, June 06, 2020, the Department of Health reports the total number of COVID-19 cases at 21,340. In addition to the 350 fresh cases, 364 late cases were also reported today. Today’s fresh cases are based on the daily accomplishment reports submitted by only 37 out of 43 current operational labs. DOH likewise announces 111 recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 4,441.

The Government advised the public to cooperate and do not be hard-headed because you are not helping but an additional problem, please stay on your respective houses and maintain a healthy body to fight the disease.

Now the cure or antibody is not yet discovered and experts predict this will be available the next year 2021, which is alarming.
