DOH Updates 284 new cases of COVID-19, Total 14,319 as of May 25, 2020

The Department of Health (DOH) provides the latest information on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) situation in the country, including the actions undertaken by the department in addressing the pandemic, through a ‘Virtual Presser’ on May 25, 2020.” 

According to the DOH reports, As of 4PM today, May 25, 2020, the Department of Health reports 284 new cases (PH14036-PH14319) of COVID-19. NCR with an additional 171 new cases, 70 new cases from Region 7, and 43 new additional cases from different Regions. The total number of cases in the country is now at 14,319. DOH also announces 74 new recoveries. This brings the total number of recoveries to 3,323. 

The Government advised the public to cooperate and do not be hard-headed because you are not helping but an additional problem, please stay on your respective houses and maintain a healthy body to fight the disease. 

Now the cure or antibody is not yet discovered and experts predict this will be available the next year 2021, which is alarming.
