FULL VIDEO, a man bath with blood due to gunshot wound done by a certain security guard in K Mart In Bacolod City April 19, 2020 (Sunday) around 9:30 to 10 am.

The video shows that the main is struggling to grasp his breath due to possible blood loss maimed by gunshot wound.

According to the eyewitness, this man together with his 3 runs stands by in Barangay 19 Burgos public market area where it so happens police passed by and try to ask them to go home, and this man run to K Mart to enter but the security guard refused to let him in and there is a commotion happened to lead to a shooting incident.

There are some comments that the security guard must fire a warning shot first before firing to the target but he failed so “ma balikan gid ni sa wala sa nag warning shot”.

(The security guard will face charges due to failure of warning shot first before firing at the target).

Meanwhile the police investigation is still ongoing and K Mart will close temporarily to secure the area for public safety purpose.
