List of Areas in Philippines TOTAL LOCKDOWN due to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

The World Health Organization (WHO) declares COVID-19 a pandemic last March 11, 2020. Recently, as of March 21, 2020, a total of 266,175 have been infected and nearly 11,186 have died because of the viral disease that was first detected in Hubei, China. Over 90,603, have recovered from the deadly disease.

Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte declares “Enhanced Community Quarantine” in the entire Luzon last Monday, March 16, 2020.  According to this condition, the strict home quarantine will be implemented in all households, transportation will be suspended, and provision for food and essential health services will be regulated.

On March 20, the Total Lockdown in Urbiztondo, Pangasinan effective March 21, 2020. The announcement was made by Urbiztondo, Pangasinan- Official Facebook Page. As of March 21, 2020, DOH recorded COVID-19 has infected 230 people in the Philippines, with 18 death and 8 recovered.

A Total Lockdown means;

* All Residents Shall Not be allowed to go out of the Municipality Nor Visitors from other Places Be Allowed to Enter it Expect for Emergency and for frontline services workers only.

* Only Holders of Home Quarantine Pass/Pass Slip Shall be Allowed to Move/Go to specified places within the Municipality.

* All Public Utility Vehicles (Jeeps and Tricycles) are prohibited from traveling/going on a trip.

* Public Market opens only from 5 am to 3 pm daily.

* Supermarkets, Groceries, Convenience Stores and Hardware’s, Gasoline Pumping Stations, Drugstores and banks may open.
