Bacolod City health authorities are calling the attention of the public to help them find a certain Felix Alejo who escape from mandatory quarantine in Mambukal Resort, Murcia, Negros Occidental. On Thursday night, Aksyon Radyo Bacolod posted his name but the netizens who know the person’s real name is Felix Alejo, not Felix Alejano.

Alejo is one out of 84 passengers flown into Bacolod Silay Airport from Clark Airport escaped the mandatory quarantine and is now at large. These 84 passengers are still in 14 days quarantine and they will be tested if they are positive or negative from the deadly disease (COVID-19).

NOCPPO Provincial Director Col. Romeo Baleros releases a statement to Felix Alejo who escapes from mandatory quarantine, “Maraming Salamat po sa mga netizen ng Bacolod ng dahil sa inyo ay napadali ang pagka aresto kay Felix Alejo at muling ibabalik sa Mambukal Resort para mandatory quarantine. KUNG MAY PAGKAKAISA KAYANG KAYA TAPUSIN ANG COVID 19.”

LATEST UPDATE: Mr. Felix Alejo has been arrested and is now in custody, Bacolod City Police Office Spokesman Col. Pico. Recently, DOH recorded COVID-19 has infected 217 people in the Philippines, with 17 deaths and 8 recovered.

Globally, over 227,952 have been infected and nearly 9,312 have died because of the viral disease that was first detected in Hubei, China. Over 85,985, have recovered from the deadly disease.
