One was killed while 4 were injured after two tricycles collided on Barangay Bulata highway in town this Friday. Arnel Galapin, 40, and his wife were on the tricycle when they were hit by another tricycle on the highway. One tricycle has passed in the other lane in which the collision happens.

According to Police Maj. Rowell Garinganao, head of the Cauayan Police, said Galapin was unable to recover from his injuries to his head and body that caused his death. Two tricycles broke out in the collision, causing burns and death of the victim.

Galapin’s wife was rushed to the hospital. Also, the other tricycle driver, along with his son rushed to the hospital. The injured driver will face reckless imprudence resulting in homicide.
