Viva Artists Agency, Inc. break silence following after the report that Nadine Lustre terminated her contract with the Viva Artists Agency, Inc.

Yesterday, January 27, 2020, a Press Statement was released by Kapunan and Castillo Law Office informing the public that Nadine Lustre has already left Viva Artists Agency, Inc.

In connection to this, Viva issued statement to clarify the issue in legal matters about the effectivity of the contract binding between the actress and the management she was contracted with since 2009.

According to VIVA’s statement shared by MJ Felipe on his Twitter account, it says that the half of JaDine is still their exclusive artist. The statement of VIVA is contrary to the Press Statement released yesterday that Nadine Lustre has already terminated her contract with them. VIVA statement clarifies that their contract with the 26-year-old is still binding and in effect. Any other parties dealing with her or professional engagement with the actress constitute a breach of contract.

VIVA statement also notify their rights to seek legal action against the actress or to any of the third parties entering into another contract with Nadine Lustre as long as Management Contract of the actress with VIVA is still in power.
