You can now watch the free live streaming of Black Nazarene Traslacion on Wednesday, January 08, 2020, and also on Thursday, January 9, 2020. Traslacion or also known as “Pista ng Itim na Nazareno” is one of the biggest religious activities in the Philippines. This year’s Black Nazarene Traslacion will be quicker than the last year’s 21-hour procession.

Expected people to attend the Traslacion will be at least 6 million people. According to Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, there will be no Class and work on Thursday, January 9, 2020. The Mayor has ordered the suspension of classes in all levels in all universities, colleges, and schools in the nation’s capital on January 9 in observance of the annual Traslacion.

The image of the Black Nazarene has left Quirino Grandstand at 4:13 am, Thursday, January 9, to make its exodus to Quiapo Church.

Every year on January 9, millions of Filipinos gather in Manila for a procession of the Black Nazarene.
