As to recall during the message of President Duterte during his speech on the Southeast Asian Games 2019, president Duterte said he is happy and proud to all the Filipino athletes making the name of the country great before the eyes to all participating countries. And because of this, President Duterte said he doing necessary actions to increase the budget for the Filipino athletes.
