PAGASA – Latest update of weather condition as tropical storm Ursula or “Phanfone” in international name continue intensifying strength, according to PAGASA-DOST.
The bureau warns people in the areas where the center of the typhoon Ursula is making the landfall during the holiday season particularly in the area of eastern Samar.
The bureau also said, that the direction of the Typhoon Ursula with its weather disturbance is moving towards west with pacing of 20 kilometers per hour, packing the maximum sustained winds of 110 kilometers per hour in the center with gusts maximum of 135 kilometers per hour.

To some area of Bicol Region, Marinduque, Oriental Mindoro, Quezon, and the rest of Visayas as well as Surigao del Norte will face light to moderate with intermittent heavy rains.
