As to recall from the issue of the unsettled payment of the organized basketball game during the Masskara Festival in Bacolod City, Councilor Al Victor Espino is the one responsible person for the said financial accountability. This is according to Rori the event organizer.

The problem reached to the program of Ben Tulfo in his TV program BITAG as basketball organizer Rori and some other basketball personality like Gene Padilla and Jeric Raval to mention a few brought the problem for help.
