According to source, tropical storm RAMON was seen 355 km East Legaspi City, Albay. With a maximum sustained wind of 65 kph and gust of up to 80 kph. It might also hit East of Virac, Catanduanes

NORTHEAST MONSOON

Is characterized by cold and dry air coming from mainland China or Siberia. During this season, cirrus clouds dominate the sky, bringing good weather. However, it will bring light rains mostly over the extreme northern Luzon.

TROPICAL STORM “RAMON”

A tropical cyclone with winds between 82 to 88 KPH. Apart from rains and gusty winds, this weather disturbance can also produce storm surges in affected coastal areas.
