Clarin Mayor David Navarro shot dead after he was arrested on mauling a parlor attendant and allegedly harassed a lady massage therapist.

In the video you can witness the Mayor Navarro was pissed off because he wants a lady massage therapist but there was no available at that time and the only person to accommodate him is a male therapist.

But due to his frustration he mauled the poor massage therapist and stop by unknown people in the video.
