A group of parents lately filed a complaint a certain pastor named Hernando Mendoza who runs a school without corresponding permit to operate.

According to the parents they later found out the problem in the school and never hesitate to go to the program to ask assistance and do any legal actions.

Idol Raffy advised the pastor to close the school and go to Deped to file a complain
