After the “breakup” issue of Jackie ‘Ate Girl’ Gonzaga and hashtag Tom Doromal, Tom responded to the claims of their breakup.

Both of them are a part of the noon show “It’s Showtime”. Tom is a member of all-male group, ‘Hashtags’, while Jackie is a dancer.

In an episode last June 4, 2019, Jackie had a talk with some of the show hosts including Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis and Vhong Navarro. Jackie cried a number of times while talking to the hosts.

In some of the phrases Jackie said, netizens thought if it was because of her current relationship with Tom Doromal and if ever they had a breakup recently.

By an Instagram story, Tom made it clear that he and Jackie is still in a relationship together. “Hindi po kami hiwalay ni Jackie. FYI po, hindi po kami naghiwalay, okay? Yun lang yun,” Tom said in his short Instagram story last June 5, 2019.

In his twitter account, some of the netizens told accused him of making his girlfriend cry out of resentment. A netizen thought that maybe he’s hurting Jackie over and over again, being the reason why Jackie was emotional in the national television, while he doesn’t seem to be affected.

The netizen tweeted, “E yung gf mo iyak na iyak ikaw tawa tawa lang, parang bigat ng pinag dadaanan niya.E mabigat seguro ginawa mo saka paulit ulit.Ipag pray ko magising sa katotohanan ang gf mo. Kase mukhang lage mo lang pinaiiyak. Sayang si @jackiegirlg kung sa katulad mo lang mapunta. @vicegandako

Tom replied, “Alam mo we’re all different. I’m not the type na iiyak Sa harap nyo/mo. And for sure you’ve even been save by God’s grace a hundred times. Make sure to judge yourself first before others,”

Another netizen tweeted, “Wala naman tayo dapat pakialam kung ano nangyayare kala @Hashtag_tomD At @jackiegirlg Hindi porket nasa showbiz sila bawat kilos nila kelangan makialam tayo, guy’s matuto tayong bigyan sila ng privacy at respeto hindi naman kasi natin alam yung buong mangyari so shut up” In which Tom agrees with.
