Samantha Poblete comes from Cavite, Philippines. She is registered Civil Engineer believes that the youth can be integral parts of their communities. She likes to travel, explore new places and meet new people. And also wants to be involved in important issues and be part of nation-building.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
