Joanna Rose Tolledo comes from Caloocan City. A guidance counselor by profession, she has always had a soft spot for children with special needs and aims to raise awareness about their condition and urge people to become more accepting of them.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
