Jessarie Dumaguing comes from Puerto Princesa City. She aims to be an inspiration to the youth to value their education as they pursue greater dreams because education is very important.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
