Honey Grace Cartasano comes from Province of Rizal. Cartasano is once an out-of-school youth and had to work different jobs to finance her own education. She is now close to her dream for getting her own degree and wants to be an inspiration to the youth who face a similar situation.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
