The complainant in this episode is named Mary Joy Camba, an entertainer in Japan, who complains about her ex-live in partner named Alvin, a macho dancer who does not want to give their child to her if she would not send allotment. According to Mr. Tulfo, the custody of the child depends on his or her decision if he or she is in ages 7 years old and above, the both parties had their explanations and counter attacks.
