Group of Teens Using Marijuana and Challenge Duterte have been already arrested. The Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was strictly implementing the anti-illegal drug campaign and this group of teens posted a video using illegal substance.

The video went viral on social media and the police officers take a quick response to arrest this group of teens.
