As educator by practice, I salute a teacher who has initiative to start a lively class regardless of what gimmick they can introduce just to take away boredom inside the four corner of instruction and set the student on a study mode.

Teacher Amalea Gay Castillo Jontongco of Escalante National High School starts the fire of laughter in the classroom as she call the attention of her student to perform a dance challenge of a viral song “Dame Tu Cosita.”

From the start, I thought student she called to perform in front would be the one to do the challenge, but it was my surprise that I saw her performing the alien dance. As she performs the dance challenge students begun to shout out cheering their teacher performing the dance like an alien.

One among the students of Teacher Amalea took video and captured the moment and uploaded on social media that first appeared on the Facebook wall of Nicole Lomosco.
