Raffy Tulfo in Action is a program which helps the needy and troubled Filipinos who cannot bear it on their own this program gives public service like no other reaching out abused, molested, threatened and mistreated Filipinos across the globe. The complainant in this episode is a mother and son named Arianne Hirakawa and David Alimpia who complains about his girlfriend who sold their 5 months old baby because she cannot take responsibility to the child at a young age. But Mr. Tulfo interviewed the girlfriend of the complainant and according to her, the complainant wants their child to be aborted while she was pregnant  but she didn’t agree and she just sold the child because she didn’t know what to do out of fear. Mr. Raffy Tulfo in Action helped them solved their problem. The custody of the child now is DSWD. While the one who helped the complainant’s girlfriend and paid to have the baby also spoke her side.
