The Visayan Daily Star posted a video that people was hit by a lighting. According to Visayan Daily Star, “The scenario in Sitio Baras-Barasan, Brgy. Manlocahoc, Sipalay City, Negros Occidental where six persons have died, while 17 others were injured after being struck by a lightning at about 1:30 p.m. today (April 18, 2018).”
